Welcome to FranDawgs! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our services, including consulting for franchise buyers and emerging franchise brands. By engaging with FranDawgs, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Scope of Services

1.1 Franchise Buyer Consulting

We provide free consulting services to individuals interested in purchasing franchises within the United States. Occasionally, we may work with international prospects pursuing an E2-Visa. Our services are typically available to adults who have at least 10 years of professional experience. We do not make financial projections on your behalf or provide any forward-looking statements. All data comes from Franchise Disclosure Documents as presented by the brand.

1.2 Emerging Franchise Brand Consulting

For new or emerging franchise brands, we offer consulting services with compensation
arrangements that vary by agreement. Compensation may include retainers, equity, one-time
payments, success fees, or other arrangements negotiated on a case-by-case basis.

2. Compensation and Fees

2.1 Franchise Buyers

Our services for franchise buyers are free. Franchisors pay us success fees when clients purchase franchises through our guidance. Due to the free nature of this service, there is no refund policy.

2.2 Franchise Brands

Compensation for consulting services provided to franchise brands is determined on a per-brand basis and outlined in individual agreements.

3. User Responsibilities

• You agree to provide accurate and complete information when engaging our services.
• You acknowledge that FranDawgs does not guarantee the success of any franchise
  purchase or franchise development strategy.
• You acknowledge that all data reviewed with FranDawgs comes from Franchise
  Disclosure Documents, which are created by the franchise brands. Further, you
  acknowledge you will not hold FranDawgs liable for this information as it is the
  responsibility of the franchisor to ensure the information is accurately represented.  
• If you are no longer interested in working with us or have purchased a franchise, your
  account with FranDawgs will be deleted.

4. Dispute Resolution

4.1 Governing Law

All disputes arising from franchise brokerage services shall be governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

4.2 Resolution Process

In the event of a dispute, parties agree to attempt resolution through informal negotiations before pursuing legal remedies.

5. Updates to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be communicated via email. Continued use of our services after receiving notice of updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms

6. Limitation of Liability

FranDawgs is not responsible for any losses, damages, or liabilities arising from franchise purchase decisions or franchise development strategies. You agree to indemnify and hold FranDawgs harmless from any claims arising from your use of our services.
